Din1481 Slotted Spring Pin

The pin can be used as a positioning part to accurately determine the mutual position between parts, transfer torque, or as a cutting part in the installation device.

The pin is an embodiment of the closed die state inside the die. Whether the die has been hit in place can be obtained by measuring the data between the upper and lower limit position columns. It can also protect the punch. When the upper and lower dies are separated, the length of the limit column is greater than the punch, which can prevent the punch from breaking. In the continuous die, the pin can protect the die and prevent the latent change of the die in the overload impact of high speed and long time.

If the die is high-precision (there are many high requirements for bending), it is more necessary to install the limit column, because it can make the bottom dead center of the die consistent during each stamping.
